| You should consider mounting the Tranny cooler in the rear to increase flow through the radiator. I also have the same upper WT sensor and I believe it reads a little warmer in that location (not a bad thing) additionally I had high engine temps during break in. I replaced the fan clutch, all is well. Woody has a post regarding the position of your CAS and may give some insight to why its clocked to the far left (search owns me) If and when I ever build another engine I will DEFINATELY use the hard break in method. IMHO If done properly it decreases blow-by significantly. Not likely that your WBs will ever read identicle (lots of variables and info on this) That said This is the set-up I'll be using as well. Dyno tune the car imediately! and get those AFRs straightened out.
